
Arshiya Chaturvedi is a Research Associate at the Delhi Policy Group. She holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Manchester, where her master’s dissertation focused on India’s Smart Power Strategy in the Indo-Pacific, including Health and Digital Public Infrastructure diplomacy in addressing post-pandemic global challenges. Additionally, she completed her BA.LLB (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Her research interests lie in interdisciplinary policy analysis across socio-economic and political dimensions of national and international significance. She has contributed to impactful initiatives in her previous professional engagements, such as the Ethical 6G project, which explored opportunities for India and Australia to leverage technology for strategic advancement.
Arshiya’s expertise includes policy research, evidence-based strategy development for tackling complex global issues, stakeholder engagement, and project management. She has also developed various knowledge products, including consultation papers, briefing papers, training modules, and informational booklets on areas like technology policy, ease of doing business, national competitiveness, international relations, and trade.
