Conference Report Vol.II. No.4: India's Maritime Challenges

The Delhi Policy Group organised a conference on "India's Maritime Challenges" on June 05, 2017. This closed door conference was conducted under Chatham House Rules. Admiral Sunil Lanba, PVSM, AVSM, ADC, Chief of the Naval Staff and Chairman Chiefs of Staff Committee delivered the keynote address. Eminent speakers from the armed forces community and academia participated in the conference, which was designed to explore challenges and capabilities, requirements of technology, sentinels and partnerships, and India's strategic options. Admiral Arun Prakash, PVSM, AVSM, VrC (Retd), the former Chief of Naval Staff and Chairman Chiefs of Staff Committee, delivered the concluding address.
